Industrial OT Diagnostic
Read-only OT integration that gives technicians plain-language fault diagnoses
Overview
I architected a diagnostic system that connects read-only to plant control systems and gives technicians plain-language explanations of faults. Because it touches operational technology, safety and isolation drove every decision, so I kept the integration strictly read-only. I also built the enterprise-pilot security package aligned to the standards manufacturers actually audit against.
The problem
When plant equipment faults, technicians face raw control-system signals with no plain-language explanation, and any diagnostic tool that could write to those systems is a safety risk.
What I built
I built a strictly read-only OT integration that translates control-system data into plain-language fault diagnoses, backed by a security package aligned to NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443, and the Purdue Model.
