RoomCue listens while podcasters and journalists record and coaches them in real time. I took a fragile three-service design and collapsed it into a single AI service that handles audio streaming, transcription, speaker diarization, and live coaching over one connection. The result is one clean pipeline and a scoped build plan instead of three moving parts fighting each other.
The problem
Live audio coaching was split across three services, which made the system fragile and hard to keep in sync during a real-time recording.
What I built
I merged the three services into one AI service that streams audio, transcribes, diarizes speakers, and coaches live over a single connection.
