Cross-promotion platform that turns local wellness businesses into growth channels

Overview

I built IvyLink so local wellness businesses could cross-promote each other instead of fighting for the same customers alone. The hard part was never the software, it was getting businesses to say yes, so I designed the whole acquisition motion around pre-built partnership plays. That approach put the product into live business trials.

The problem

Local wellness businesses struggle to grow past their existing customer base, and cold pitching partnerships to each other rarely lands.

What I built

I replaced cold pitching with ready-to-run partnership plays, so a business could join and start cross-promoting without inventing the deal from scratch.
